Improving the effectiveness of education is impossible without creating new forms of learning. The use of information and computer technology opens up new opportunities for teachers in teaching their subject. Studying any discipline with the use of ICT provides an opportunity for reflection and participation in the creation of elements of the lesson, which contributes to the development of students' interest in the subject. Classical and integrated lessons, accompanied by multimedia presentations, on-line tests and software products, allow students to deepen knowledge, increase the effectiveness of learning, increase the intellectual level of students, instill selflearning skills, self-organization, and facilitate the solution of practical problems.

Aims of using IT

1. Development of the learner's personality, preparation for independent productive activity in the conditions of information society through: - development of constructive, algorithmic thinking, due to the peculiarities of communication with the computer; - development of creative thinking by reducing the share of reproductive activity; - formation of information culture, the ability to carry out information processing (when using tabular processors, databases).

2. Realization of social order, conditioned by informatization of modern society: - preparation of students by means of information technologies for independent cognitive activity

Motivation of the learning and educational process: - improving the quality and efficiency of the learning process by realizing the potential of information technologies; - identification and use of stimuli to enhance cognitive activity [1].

Unlike conventional technical means of education, ICTs allow not only saturation of a student with a large amount of ready, strictly selected, appropriately organized knowledge, but also development of intellectual and creative abilities of students, their ability to independently acquire new knowledge, work with different sources of information.

The main thing in creating a project is that students are given a unique opportunity to creatively rethink and systematize the acquired knowledge and skills, their practical application, as well as the opportunity to realize their overall intellectual potential, taste and ability.

Information and communication technologies create great opportunities for the development of modern education, especially in the direction of individualization, creating conditions for realizing the creative potential of teachers and students. Educational tools include a variety of software and hardware designed to address specific pedagogical tasks, with substantive content and focused on interaction with students.

At my classes I use such resources as:

  1. Canva
  2. Pictochart
  3. Jamboard
  4. Google forms
  5. Flippity
  6. Coggle IT
  7. ActivStudio
  8. Dropbox
  9. Kundelik
  10. Vne uroka

There is a possibility of concentrating large amounts of learning material from different sources presented in different forms and optimally chosen and composed by the teacher according to the needs of the students and the features of the programme [2].

Such didactic materials also create the possibility of implementing a dialogic component in teaching: different sources of information, different points of view, and different approaches to the same phenomenon can be presented.

Modern information and communication technologies implement The most important didactic principle - the principle of clarity. Objects, presented by means of information and communication technologies Information and communication technologies are more informative, more colorful, and allow for a multifaceted look at processes. processes in a variety of ways, and the proximity of knowledge to real life makes knowledge in a more comprehensible way. In addition, information and computer technologies allow learning to be problematic and creative, research-oriented activities.

The introduction of information technologies solves the issues related to development of student activity and its maintenance during the whole the whole period of the class.

The use of ICTs in the educational process makes it possible to save time and make the work more efficient: search for information search, planning of results, use of graphic to develop students' interest in the material or subject under study, stimulate their cognitive and creative activity, independence of students, form communicative skills, provide objective quality control of the educational process.  The degree and time of multimedia support for the class can of a lesson can be different: from a few minutes to a full cycle.

The main purposes of a multimedia lesson: learning new material, presentation of new information; consolidation of new information; consolidation of the information learned, revision of academic skills; and repetition, Practical application of the acquired knowledge and skills; generalization and systematization of knowledge.

Multimedia tools give the teacher an opportunity to present a necessary image at the right moment of the lesson with the accuracy of instant.

However, in order to achieve the maximum learning effect it is necessary to trace in detail the sequence of images on the screen, clearly think through the whole algorithm of video images.

In order to avoid the rapid fatigue of students during the the visual material displayed on the screen should be of the visual material should be of an optimal size, both minimum and maximum.

Text can intensify a meaningful load, being of subordinate character, but it can also act as an independent unit of information, which the teacher does not voice specially. It is desirable not to duplicate text from the screen so that students do not get an illusion of an extra link of incoming information.

The use of sound in the classroom is also important. Sound can act as a noise effect - in this case it is used to to attract students' attention, to switch them from one type of to another type of learning activity. Sound can act as information channel or it can also be used as an educational soundtrack for a visual image or video clip, video clip. For example, when studying the topic "Cooking caramel," students can see a master class on cooking caramel visually, thanks to multimedia technology, as the process of cooking this semi-finished product is not always possible due to the lack of special equipment.

Multimedia technology involves the display of any information and on any scale. For example: at the lessons of training in the training workshop, for in the training of cooks when studying a new topic, they play such instructional and methodological materials in electronic form such instructional and methodological materials as: instructional and technological charts, calculation charts, task cards, tests, etc.

Another advantage of multimedia technology is that the information can appear on the screen in parts. Such information can be memorized better, and the text itself can be presented in different colors.

There is no difficulty in returning the text or other information other information back for repeated explanations, repetition, or to repeat or reinforce what has been learned.

Another possibility of multimedia technology is the display of electronic of electronic presentations, slides, educational films, alternating in a certain of fragments in a certain sequence with a practical demonstration of task performance. Accordingly, more time in of time is devoted to the practical activities of students in order to form their cognitive interests and solving learning tasks. The use of electronic makes the lesson more interesting, rich, illustrative. They can be used to explain new material, in revising the material that has been covered, in carrying out practical assignments and in organizing current knowledge control [3].

Competitiveness in the modern labor market, depends largely on his or her ability to acquire and develop skills, abilities, or competencies that can be applied or transformed applicable to a range of life situations. Education, focused exclusively on academic and encyclopedic knowledge of a graduate, in terms of the new demands of the labor market is now outdated. Therefore, with the introduction of new standards of education the new standards of education should be aimed at developing graduates' readiness to to effectively organize his/ her internal and external resources for to make decisions and achieve the goals set. There is no there is no doubt that ICT-based lessons are designed to influence formation and development of information and communication and professional competence of students.
