ABSTRACT 

At the present stage of economic and business development, no enterprise can function normally without having a warehouse facility.

This problem is relevant since today's production turnover of enterprises is increasing every year, and warehouse operations in this regard are of great importance. In this case, the correct organization of the warehouse becomes important.

The strictness of the warehouse activity involves the level of equipment of buildings, structures, and specialized structures intended for warehouse activity.

Mechanization and automation are also very essential for the entire warehouse technological process since these means during the acceptance, storage, and release of goods contribute to an increase in the productivity of warehouse workers, as well as to the efficiency improvement in using the area and capacity of warehouses and to acceleration loading and unloading operations, which reduce vehicles downtime.

Correct and error-free execution of warehouse documents is also of no small importance since errors made in the preparation of documents can adversely affect all operations of the warehouse technological process.

A modern warehouse is a rather complex technical structure, consisting of various interconnected elements. The warehouse also has a specific structure and performs several defining functions that aim at transforming material flows into accumulation, processing, and distribution of goods between divisions.

When analyzing the work of the warehouse of finished products at the enterprise, the following shortcomings were identified:

The secondary problems are:

-dependence on the services of other organizations (mainly fuel suppliers);

- lack of working capital;

- outdated equipment and transport.

- lack of own vehicle fleet.

- failure to ensure timely delivery of goods;

- inability to cope with the available volumes of shipments;

- high staff turnover.

The most important problems were:

- a decrease in profits due to an increase in the cost of services in comparison with competitors;

- the threat of the emergence of new competitors.

- reduction in market share due to the loss of exclusive rights to a distribution contract.

- location in remote areas and a place of irregular supply.

- it is allowed to increase the duration of storage of spare parts and materials.

To eliminate the shortcomings, the following measures were proposed:

To automate the accounting operations of final products at enterprises, it is planned to introduce improved software - 1C-Logistics: Warehouse Management 3.0. This program is an automated decision-making system, the "brain" of a modern warehouse complex.

This program allows a significant increase in the efficiency of the warehouse, namely:

- to optimize the use of the warehouse area;

- reduce the cost of storing goods in the warehouse;

- reduce the time for all warehouse operations;

- to reduce the number of erroneous warehouse operations;

- to improve the accuracy of goods accounting;

- to avoid losses associated with the limited period of sale of goods;

- to reduce the dependence on the "human factor".

Also the software product "1C-Logistics: Warehouse Management 3.0", is a product jointly with the company "AXELOT", Russia, Moscow, 16 Dokukina street, created, guided by the analysis of the experience of warehouse facilities automation and management in several Russian and foreign companies.

The experience of using this program in the activities of enterprises confirms that it can be effectively used in the warehouses of any enterprise with absolutely any characteristics: type, size, structure, industry.

When installing the program in a small warehouse, a relatively inexpensive paper technology is used, and when implementing this system in large warehouse complexes that require more detailed task management, radio terminals, and barcoding technologies become relevant.

It is worth considering the main advantages of the software "1C-Logistics: Warehouse Management 3", which include:

1. Technological platform, which is the most widespread in Russia. In this program, there is close integration between solutions that are created on the same technology platform.

2. Ample opportunities for adaptation, confirmed by the fact that this system can be easily adapted to the specifics of a small warehouse, as well as to the specifics of a larger warehouse.

3. The optimal ratio "price-quality", which confirms that despite the relatively low price concerning competitors, this program solves a large set of tasks.

4. Functionality is proved by the fact that this modern system provides the organization of Bin location warehousing, automation of all warehouse operations, integration with barcode readers, and warehouse equipment such as scales and label printers. An additional module of the warehouse management system enables calculation of the cost of safekeeping services.

Thus, it should be said that the software "1C-Logistics: Warehouse Management 3.0" adapts to the specific requirements of the technology and organization of any warehouse, using flexible parametric settings and without the participation of programmers. If you need to make changes to the program, there is the possibility of an open login to the system for specialists-developers.

All multidisciplinary system configurations indicate that the system can be effectively used in warehouses of various sizes and types.

The main focus of the 1C warehouse program is based on the fact that the software of the program is used for the following types of warehouse premises:

1. Large wholesalers, which have a small assortment and no breakdown of cargo acceptance places.

2. Retail and small wholesalers, which have a large assortment and various forms of product placement.

3. Warehouse premises for safe storage.

The program also supports work with mechanized racks, conveyors, RFID tags, and other equipment. Allows you to organize targeted storage of goods and fully automate their processing. The program has such modern capabilities as the formation of a visual 3D-space and voice control. Thus, the program "1C-Logistics: Warehouse Management" can be integrated into almost any warehouse.

The multi-level capabilities of the 1C Warehouse Management program include the ability to plan a small and large warehouse. Thus, the functionality of the program is best viewed from four levels: operational, short-term (shift/day), medium-term (days/week), and long-term:

1. The operational level is characterized by the control of the actions of the company's working personnel, namely the work of operators, porters, storekeepers, and others, and allows setting them certain tasks.

The main features of the program at this level are:

- tasks management with their subsequent distribution and deadlines

- deviations from the tasks

- the possibility of remote administration

- monitoring of warehouse operations on the screen with a detailed analysis of all operations and tasks performed

- operational change of tasks while taking into account all operations

- notifications about new tasks

- collection and analysis of statistical data on turnover and time of tasks and their delays.

The result of operational management is:

- increasing the productivity of warehouse workers,

- accelerating interactions between staff,

- simplification of the decision-making process within the current work.

2. The short-term level is characterized by the analysis of the warehouse activity at a certain period, for example, a shift or a day.

So, the effect of the implementation of the system will be the automation of accounting operations taking place in the finished product warehouse "Krepezh 159". This program will allow:

- to achieve optimization in the use of warehouse space

- will lead to a reduction in the cost of storing products in the warehouse

- will help to reduce errors in warehouse operations

- will lead to an increase in the accuracy of accounting for goods

- will help to avoid losses associated with the limited release of a particular product.

- will lead to a decrease in the enterprise's dependence on the human factor.

- automatic data transfer between all divisions of the enterprise.

Having spent on the purchase and implementation of the program 20 347.5 thousand rubles it is possible to save 55,117.9 thousand rubles for the year due to the growth of labor productivity.

In conclusion, it should be noted that it is the method of combining efforts to optimize warehouse activities, the technical and economic characteristics of the enterprise, and sales activities that allow the enterprise receiving the greatest profit.
